Files from Altay Suroy
Altay Suroy (b. 1949) is a Turkish journalist and writer from Prizren. In 1980s, he made a research on Ferit Bayram's socialist activities who was the main writer in Socialist Fecri and writer of the first Turkish alphabet in Socialist Yugoslavia. In 1985, he presented his paper Uloga Ferida Bajrama u Razoblićavanju Ubistva Zef Ljuš Marku [Ferit Bayram’s Role in the Illumination of Zef Lush Marku’s Murder] in 1985 in Prizren. In collaboration with the RTP (Radio Television Prishtina), Suroy made a documentary film about Ferit Bayram in 1986. The film is considered as lost.

The announcement that the "Devrimci Ferit Bayram" (Revolutionary Ferit Bayram), a documentary film made by Altay Suroy, will be shown in TV Prishtina. Published in TAN newspaper, 15.03.1986.
An anecdote told by Ferit Bayram where he remembers his attendance to the CPY's first congress in Vukovar. Bayram remembers the incident by chance while he went to buy a match in a kiosk and saw that the cover of the match was designed with an image commemorating the 40th anniversary of Vukovar Congress. Published in the children's magazine Sevinç, in Skopje, no:1, 1959.
